It's the command that puts your server at the top of Discover. Use /bump on Discord or the Send bump button on the website. After each bump there's a wait until the next one.
Yes. Without VIP the wait between bumps is 2 hours. With Platinum or Gold it drops to 1 hour, and with Diamond or Ultimate to 30 minutes. Every VIP plan also unlocks the bump reminder: Cristyn lets you know in the channel you choose (and pings the role you want) when you can use /bump again.

While your plan is active, your server gets promotion every day: the Finder closes partnerships up to your plan's daily limit, /bump is available at shorter intervals so you stay at the top of Discover (on the website and on Google) and the reminder tells you when you can bump again.
