Terms of Service — Cristyn

1.1. By inviting and using Cristyn on your Discord server, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms of Service.
1.2. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, don't use the Service.
2. About the Service
Cristyn is a service that connects communities on Discord, helping servers grow through smart promotion.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms mean:
- Service: The system, software, application and other technological tools offered by Cristyn.
- User: The person who uses the Service.
- Server: The Discord server where the Service is present.
- Partnership Finder: The Service's main feature, which automates partnerships between servers.
- VIP Plan: Paid plans that offer additional features and resources.
4. Plans, Renewal and Refund Policy
4.1. Plans and Renewal
VIP plans have an expiration date at the end of each cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly). Without renewal, the plan is canceled and expires automatically, with no additional charge.
4.2. Cancellation and Refund
The user may cancel their VIP Plan and request a refund at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
4.3. Conditions for Granting a Refund
A refund may only be granted if all the conditions below are met:
- I. The request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date;
- II. The Partnership Finder has been used for at least 24 (twenty-four) uninterrupted hours after the plan was activated;
- III. During this 24-hour period, the Partnership Finder has not generated any engagement for the user's server.
4.4. Refund Denial
The refund will be automatically denied if the conditions set out in Clause 4.3 are not met.
4.5. Request Procedure
To request cancellation and a refund, the user must open a ticket on our official Discord support server, providing:
- I. ID of the server where the plan is active;
- II. Proof of payment.
5. Discover, /bump and Guidelines
5.1. By registering a server, using /bump or making partnerships through Cristyn, the user agrees to the Cristyn Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.
5.2. Cristyn may remove any server from Discover at any time when it considers that the server doesn't follow the Guidelines.
