1. What we collect

Basic data from your Discord account (ID, username, avatar and email), provided by Discord itself when you log in.
The server you choose to activate VIP on.
In the bot: each server's settings (channels, roles, promotion texts) and the record of partnerships made.
Invite tracker: who joined or left through a Cristyn invite, to show the server how many people partnerships brought.
Message data is never used to train artificial intelligence.

2. Why we collect it

To authenticate your login, activate and show your VIP plans, process your payments and support you when you need it.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. We only share the minimum necessary with partners that help run the service, such as authentication (Discord) and payment processing — always limited to what's needed for your purchase to work.

4. Your rights

You can ask at any time to know what data we have about you, correct it or delete it. To do so, join our support server and open a ticket.

5. Changes

We may update this policy when necessary. Continued use of the bot or website after an update means you accept the new version.
